A publishing house started in 1887 by Ōhashi Sahei (1836-1901: 大橋佐平). Among the artists that this house published were Terazaki Kōgyō (寺崎広業), Odake Chikuha (1878-1936), Kajita Hanko (1870-1917), Ogata Gekkō (1859-1920), Kaburaki Kiyokata (1878-1972), Tsutsui Toshimine (1863-1934), Tomioka Eisen (1864-1905), Mishima Shōsō (1856-1928), Takeuchi Keishū (1861-1943), Mizuno Toshikata (1866-1908), Suzuki Kason (1860-1919), Migita Toshihide (1861-1925), Shimazaki Ryūu (1865-1937), Odake Kokkan (1880-1954), Hiresaki Eihō (1881-1970), Yamanaka Kodō (1869-1945), Yamada Keichū (1868-1934), Kobori Tomoto (1864-1931), Kawai Gyokudō (1873-1957), Ikeda Shōen (1886-1917), et al.
